ON Site Shredding

We offer a monthly service pricing structure too. Our sales consultant will come to your premises and arrange a presentation of what the best option would be for your requirements.

 

This pricing module works on servicing of bins or cabinets on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We can service your office on a set schedule or be contacted once the bins are full.

With on-site shredding, our purpose built  mobile shredding trucks can cater for all your shredding needs, on your premises. You are able to witness the destruction process. These specialised vehicles are fitted with industrial cross cut shredding machines, capable of shredding up to 10kg per minute. The shredded paper is stacked inside the vehicles and taken for recycling

Off Site Shredding

With off-site shredding, we can collect the documents from your premises, to be securely shredded at our premises. Some of our customers don't have parking space for the mobile shredding vehicles and therefore prefer the off-site service. Even though the documents are not shredded on the customer's premises, we still take the utmost care in handling and transportation of the documents.

 

Unbroken chain of custody guaranteed:  An unbroken chain of custody refers to the process in which documents are securely handled by the document shredding company. The custody of your documents are secured in locked bins and taken to their destination safely to be shredded the same day of collection.

Our Service Pricing

We don't surprise our clients with any hidden costs. The total charge can easily be calculated, making it easier for our clients to budget and plan for their shredding dates.

 

Because we are committed to delivering a professional service, we will only charge you for what we shred. Our charges are based on weight.

 

Should you require a fixed price quotation, this may be discussed with the sales consultant who will visit your premises and gather the necessary information needed to make such a quotation.
